Matej Macela

My name is Matěj Macela. I am 21 and am from the Czech Republic.

I came to Denmark to study biotechnology at Absalon, and now I am in the second year of my studies. 

The biotechnology course which I am studying is focused on engineering, which means basically maths, chemistry, biology, and physics. I especially like the balance between theoretical and practical lessons and their application in the future work and seminars with people from companies, which offer valuable information for the studies.
