Learning Danish

When studying and living in Denmark it is an obvious opportunity to learn the local language thereby opening even more doors in your future career in Denmark or abroad. We currently lack educated teachers, so there are many possibilities for a job after graduation.

As part of the Professional Bachelor's Degree in Education as an international profile, you will have to study Danish on a weekly basis, if you do not fullfill the Danish requirements at the beginning of the programme. At the end of the second year, you will then have to pass a Danish Language Test to continue your studies at Absalon.

The weekly Danish lessons are offered through Sprogcenter Næstved

You will have to pay 2000 DKK as a deposit BEFORE you start your Danish Classes.
As you pass your tests on time, you will get the deposit back. A Danish course consists of four parts – and after each part you will be tested to be able to continue the language studies.
